There are three ways :
1. Click the "
My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
2. Check your email address for the tracking number and the shipment notification (from our website and/or from the carrier). Please also check in the spam folder if you are unable to locate the shipment notification. If you did not receive the tracking number, there is a chance that the order still have not been shipped.
3. If you do not have access to your email or if you accidentally submitted the wrong email address when placing the order, please contact us. Please provide us with your order number (if you have it), name, or shipping address.
